Quentin Underkofler, 56, of Aiea, a pilot for Hawaiian Airlines, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001 at home. He was born in Wildwood, N.J. He is survived by wife Melinda; daughters Amy and Abby; mother Jan; brother Mark, and sisters Mari Taake and Susan Underkofler. Memorial services: 1 p.m. tomorrow at Aiea United Methodist Church. Call after 12:15 p.m. Memorial services: 4 p.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, 1701 Wilder Ave. Call after 3:15 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to the "Quentin Underkofler Scholarship Fund.
