How to copy and paste.
Just hold down the left button on your mouse and drag and highlight what you want to copy,
right click on your mouse and select copy.
Then you go to a blank email (or wherever you want to put it) and
right click.. select paste and voila!

Once it's on your email form then it can be filled in and sent back to Mavis.
