Your life since 1963: Married 1966, resulting in 2 fine boys, then and now. Adam is 36, living in Iowa City, IA and Amos, 33 living in Northwood, IA. Divorced 13 years later but tried again in 1980 to Claudette. Became the stepfather to another great son, Marc Gregerson, 35 who lives in San Diego, California.
Worked for Hamilton Business College for a few years followed by Northwestern States Portland Cement Co. Mason City for 29 years. Retired as Northwestern's Logistics Manager.
Became intrigued by remodeling homes in 1966, from them until now have done 12 houses.
Your life now: Retired in 2002 from Holcim Cement Co. (Northwestern Cement), it was that or the loony bin. Slowed up on the remodeling of homes but purchased two apartment buildings for retirement. As of this date, have remodeled 9 of the units with a few more to go when someone moves out. Love being a Landlord!! Still married to a wonderful lady, Claudette!

Love to fish, walk, bike, play baseball, slot machines, etc. But most of all I love to play golf, wish I could play like Tiger but have followed more like Arnold Palmer and Jack N.
