Your life since 1963:
I attended NIACC and Iowa State University graduating in 1967 with a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering. Marcia and I were married June 3, 1967. We have enjoyed raising our four children, Paul, Joel, Ryan and Dawn. We have lived in Morton, Illinois; Grinnell, Iowa and Armstrong, Iowa. My job has always been farm related, primarily on Sugar Beet harvesting equipment. We were honored to experience a great life experience when our son, Ryan received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He graduated in 1999. We also have enjoyed our children's many activities, particularly a lot of sports with three boys.
Your life now:
We continue to live in Armstrong. Our seven grandchildren are now the joy of our lives! We have three grandchildren in Armstrong (Spencer 17, Andria 13, and Paige 12), two (Chance 9 and Cadynce 7) in Huxley, Iowa, one (Erika 11) in Granby, Colorado and one (Levi 3 1/2) in Oceanside, California. I now understand what it means to work for a company too long, since I worked for Art's-Way Mfg. for 28 years and have 'paid my dues' too many times. I retired the end of June 2007 but found myself back working at Art's-Way temporarily part time under my terms.

What classmates would you like to hear from? : I enjoy seeing many at the reunions and hope all will plan to attend in 2008.

Any hobbies? :
Traveling, especially to see the grandkids in their activities, golf and fishing. There seems to be lots of house projects to catch up on.
