Your life since 1963:  Attended NIACC for one year then worked at the Credit Bureau in Mason City at the same time as Linda Cookman Kirkey.  Married Dale in 1967 (divorced in 1995). Dale's job with Chicago Bridge and Iron provided us with the opportunity to travel within the US for the next 4 years.  Then we spent 2 years in Illinois and I worked in customer service for Amax Aluminum.  In 1973 we came to Colorado and stayed.  I worked as office manager for an architect for 6 years then moved to JILA (a joint institute of the University of Colorado and the National Institute of  Standards and Technology).

Your life now:  I've been at JILA for 28 years as the Coordinator of the Visiting Scientists and Postdoctoral Programs.  I also serve as Executive Assistant to the Chair. Three Nobel Laureates conduct research at the institute which contributes to its desirability as a destination for collaborators from all over the world.  I love being part of the stimulating university environment!  Retirement is likely to happen in ~ two years.  The most important part of my "life now" is my daughter who will graduate from CU next spring then go on to graduate school.

What classmates have you kept in contact with? :  Marcella Manyik,
Ethyl Ouverson, Nylene and Merlyn Trampel, Mary and Bob Ockerman.

What classmates would you like to hear from? :  Everyone

Would/could you help find classmates? :  If I can

Any hobbies? :  I belong to an African Violet club as well as a Papillon dog club.  I am also involved in genealogy, like to cook and bake, read, attend concerts, etc.  Antiques and crafts are also my interests.

Favorite song of 1963 or earlier :  Not sure if I have a favorite.  My tastes range from bluegrass to classical depending on my mood, but I'll list "Theme from a Summer Place."
