Sherry and her Grandchildren
The pictures are of me in Japan in oct 07 and this one is entitled  by my son "behind every great wrestler is a great grandma"
but I want to be sure no one thinks they are my Great grandchildren!
Well, it's been a looooooong time.  Since I still live in Clear Lake and have gone to most of the reunions many of you know all about me( also because I still live in Clear Lake and small towns know everything anyway)  Not to mention that my kids went to Clear Lake Schools where Mavis was the secretary and Jim Reynolds and Pat Schultz(61) were their teachers.  Thanks Jim for sharing with my kids.  Anyway, I went to the University of Iowa and graduated with a B.S.  I am a Dental Hygienist, still working, I like to eat and go on trips so I will probably be working for a while yet.  I got married in 1965 and divorced in 1982.  In between those years, I worked in DC and Germany while Loren was in the service.

We came home so our kids could enjoy extended family.  I have four children, Beth(class of 1989) in Mason City with 2 kids, Jim(class of 1994) in Marshalltown with 5 boys, Mike(class of 1997) in Japan, and Kathy(class of 1999) in Provo, Utah.  I went to Japan in October and had a wonderful time with Mike and Minako touring Kyoto and Tokyo.  It was my 3rd time there and I've been fortunate to see different things each time I go there.

Address, etc  I've lived in the same house for almost 35 years so I'm not hard to find.  710 5th Pl N, Clear Lake
Phone #  641-357-3144 , I have a cell phone, but usually forget to check messages but if you want to try it is:  641-420-0452
E-mail:  best way to find me:  cbitker@yahoo.com

People I've stayed in touch with include Lorraine, of course, Ron Barlow, the aforementioned Jim Reynolds, Earl Hefty, Sharon DeBell at the grocery store, I run into Dave Leonard and his wife at the gas station, and Karen Nye at the hospital, and usually I see Antje sometime when she's back in the summer.  If I've left anyone out, it's because I  usually hibernate in the winter.

I would have to say my favorite song is anything from our era, but "Where Have All the Flowers Gone" always hits my heart.
