Craig served in the U.S. Army from 1965-67. Craig worked for Nichols Aluminum & Wire, which was later purchased by National Steel where he served as branch manager. For the past 15 years he worked for Premier Products, Cleveland, Ohio, in sales.

Craig was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed golfing and bowling.

He is survived by his mother, Arlene Goehring, Mason City; two sisters, Jan Wilkinson and her husband, Tom, Dows, and Susan Goehring, Flagstaff, Ariz.; three nieces, Shawna Pedelty, Mason City, Stacie Till, Mason City, and Jeri White, Hampton; several great nieces and nephews; and his good friend, John Hurd and his wife, Karen, Mason City.

MASON CITY - Craig Goehring, 57, of 1012 Second St. N.W., died Friday (May 11, 2001) at University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa City.

Craig was born June 14, 1943, in Algona, the son of Adrian and Arlene (Miller) Goehring. He graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1961 and then attended Mason City Junior College.
