Words from Classmates and Friends

Karen's Passing was a surprise to me.  I don't think she had any idea at the class reunion or if she did she kept it from us.  I was so happy to be able to sit and talk to her at the reunion. We talked about her retiring and I think she was looking forward to it!  More than that I am excited that we got the reunion together and got to see so many OLD classmates. Too bad we could not get everyone to come, Those who did not come missed a great opportuity to see other classmates. Keeping in touch with each other is so much fun.

"Sorry to hear about Karen Lamping.  So, very glad I came to our last reunion.   She and I went to Lincoln together.  We used to walk home together.  She was a gentle spirit.  God bless her memory!"

It was really a surprise to me to hear about Karen.  We were to have a visit at the reunion and enjoyed each other in the visit.  Want to thank everyone who made the reunion a reality for us.  It was wonderful to see everyone.

I was so saddened to hear of Karen's passing.  So, happy we had a short time to chat at our 45th reunion.  I was able to have a delightful lunch with her and several other classmates during the reunion.   She never mentioned she had cancer.  I went to Lincoln school with her and she was a good friend during my school years.  She will be missed.
