History: We moved to NJ the day after graduation. I graduated from nursing school 1962, and married my best friend John 1963. We have two children Ann-1965 and John ll 1967. Ann graduated from U of I, and now works for Microsoft in Seattle. John went to the Citadel then military, career Navy now in Iraq.
I have worked in nursing all over the country CA, NJ, GE, PA, WA, DE, and Iowa. My husband is an engineer and worked for Bechtel and Dept of Energy on nuclear power plants all over the country. During my nursing career I specialized in Oncology, the first 20 years in Chemotherapy and the last 20 years have been in Radiation Oncology, with a lot of teaching, setting up radiation clinics. I have not completely retired.
Now: We live in the Inland Northwest, and love it, great wine country, sports for my husband. We travel, enjoy boating on the Columbia river, canoe the smaller rivers, hike a lot. I am an avid gardener, but reading anytime I want, is the best time of all.
Yes I am going to be in Clear Lake for the reunion.
