What's happened since 1959?*

I married Lois Griffin from Guthrie Center, Iowa in 1962. We met in College in Omaha Nebraska. We moved to Colorado in 1964 and have been here in the west most of our life. We have four boys. Keith, our oldest, is in Cody, Wyoming and owns Seidel's Saddlery http://seidelsaddlery.com in Sheridan Wyoming and is a partner with Cosner Construction, and Joe, the youngest is in Placerville, CA and is an auctioneer owning Bar None Auction. http://barnoneauction.com. We have four granddaughters and four grandsons.

What's happening now?*

I live in Thermopolis Wyoming. Thermopolis is located in Northwest Wyoming about 150 miles from the East gate of Yellowstone National Park. I am the Sr. Pastor of First Baptist Church in Thermopolis. I have been in church ministry since I graduated from Bible College in 1964. We were in New Church work for 30 years and traveled in the Rocky Mountain West most of those years. We did spend some time in California, mostly in the Sacramento area. We moved back to Wyoming in 1994.

We also raise registered Morgan Horses. Our website tells what we do with them. We concentrate on "colored" horses and raise breeding stock, selling most of our horses on the internet. http://barnonemorgans.com.

Health becomes a constant issue as I get older. I had a heart attack in March of 2005. It was because of my blood sugar and since then have fought the battle with diabetes. Keeping it under control is a daily routine.

What are your hobbies? I am a ham Radio operator (N7 FJU) ; have a sideline of a sharpening business, sharpening clipper blades, knives etc; enjoy training horses, working with all kinds of livestock; AND hunting in Wyoming is still awesome!

Are you planning on attending the 50th reunion?* yes, looking forward to being there!

Who have you kept in touch with?* Very few until the 45th Reunion. Since then, quite a few. I did go see David Tesene years ago; met up with Barry Orcutt in Montana, years ago when he worked in Billings Montana; saw Ray Coyier at family reunions; Email correspondence with several over that past couple years. I have tried to contact several old teachers, but not much luck. I did make contact with Bill Rich, old FFA teacher. I have wondered about several of the elementary school teachers. Probably most of them have passed away now.
